Ranking rule. Offers are ordered by distance (50 %), ratings (30 %) and response speed (20 %). A workshop with few reviews is assumed to have an average of 4.0. Bookings the workshop failed to honour in the last 90 days lower its position. On a tie the workshop that answered earlier comes first. Price does not affect the order.

The more active workshops are visible in your town and county, the more local drivers send their repair requests there. Joining and viewing requests costs nothing.
