Hybrid or EV fault message
A hybrid or EV warning can relate to the high-voltage battery, charging, cooling or the ordinary 12 V battery these cars also have. Give the exact wording of the message or a photo, and say whether the car drives and whether charging works.

Frequently asked questions
Can I drive with the warning on?
If the message tells you to stop or the car limits power, pull over safely and do not carry on. With an amber warning you can usually reach a workshop, but check the owner manual for what that message means.
Can any workshop repair a hybrid?
Only technicians with the right high-voltage training and equipment may work on the system. Do not open the orange cables or battery casing yourself. Ask the workshop whether they hold high-voltage qualification.
How much does it cost?
The workshop sets the price. The offer shows the workshop's "from" price; the final price is clear once the car has been looked at. Remondikoda does not set or suggest prices.
Who chooses the workshop?
You do. You see offers with time, price and reviews and choose yourself. Remondikoda does not assign workshops.
